BCHL standings – Smokies, Vipers leading at half way mark

The BCHL regular season is fast approaching the mid-way point of the 58 game schedule, and although a couple of teams have edged ahead of the pack,  there are still a number teams within striking distance.

League leaders Trail Smoke Eaters and Vernon Vipers are just two and three wins up on the Wenatchee Willd and Penticton Vees in the Interior Division, and the Vees have three and four games in hand.

In the Mainland division, Langley are two wins up on Surrey, with Chilliwack Chiefs and Prince George Spruce Kings in hot pursuit.

On the Island, Powell River and Nanaimo are tied at the top, a single point up on Victoria Grizzlies. Powell River however, have three games in hand on the Clippers.
