Angus Crookshank off to good start at UNH

North Vancouver’s Angus Crookshank made his NCAA debut for University of New Hampshire Wildcats at Colgate (Hockey East) on October 12, just after his 19th birthday.

On Friday, he registered his first goal, vs Colorado College, in a 4-3 loss. He backed it up with an assist in the rematch on Saturday. So far he’s +1 and is third overall on the team with 10 shots on goal.

 

 

Last year he posted 35G-40A-75 for the Langley Rivermen, and was a member of the Canada West Team that won gold at the 2017 World Junior A Challenge, scoring the game winner in the Championship game vs the USA.

Crookshank played at BWC for the Midget Prep team in 2015-2016, where he was the league MVP and top scorer in 2015-2016. with 42G-19A-61.

This spring he was drafted 126th overall by the Ottawa Senators.
