BC Championships – Bantam Tier 2 – Campbell River take it all

The Tier 2 Bantam Provincial Championships, hosted by Salmon Arm, wrapped up Wednesday evening, with Campbell River taking the honors, via a solid 5-1 win over Greater Vernon.

In the Bronze medal game, it was Port Moody A1 Panthers coming out on top of the BWC A2 Bruins, in an exciting 4-3 game.

BWC had lost 6-1 to Greater Vernon in the semi Wednesday morning, while Port Moody had fallen 5-3 to the eventual champs, Campbell River.

Port Moody were 4-0 going into the semi-final; BWC were 3-1 in the round robin.

Vernon downed Campbell River 4-0 in the round robin, but it was a different story in the final.
