Seven BC AAA teams and one  Alberta team will be battling for the championship.

The tournament started at 12:30 on Friday and will run Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

BWC organizers have arranged a host of events happening all weekend inside and outside the tournament rink.

BWC organizers have a daily 50/50 as well as silent auction and raffle draws.

Items will include a Mathew Barzal Autographed Seattle Thunderbirds Jersey, BC Lions Signed Jersey, Hockey Sticks, Canucks Tickets, food/wine baskets, children’s baskets, themed baskets.

Organizers are encouraging BWC players from initiation to Midget come out wearing their BWC jerseys to support the BWC Peewee A1 team as they battle their way through the weekend.
