Canucks announce Young Stars Classic roster

Vancouver, BC – The Vancouver Canucks announced their 2018 Young Stars Classic roster and ice times today. The first practice is scheduled on September 6 at 2:00 PM at the South Okanagan Events Centre, in Penticton, followed by media availability.

The roster includes a few young players BC fans will be familiar with, including Owen Hardy (1999, Nanaimo, BC) and Kaleb Bulych (2000, Yorkton, SK) of the Vancouver Giants; Cole Lind (1998, Shaunavon, SK) of the Kelowna Rockets,  Jett Woo (2000, Winnipeg) of the Moose Jaw Warriors and Reid Gardiner (1996, Humboldt, SK, ex-Kelowna Rocket).

The young Canucks prospects team will face the Winnipeg Jets prospects, along with teams from UBC and UofA.

Off ice Young Stars Classic programs include a Minor Hockey event and Party on the Plaza with games, food, music and entertainment for fans.
