CSSHL – BWC Elite 15 Update – off to hot start

in regular season

October 8, 2018

The BWC Academy Elite 15 squad is off to a great start this season. They sit tied atop the Division with Northern Alberta, with both teams sporting 5-0-0 records.

BWC has dominated in every game thus far. They opened the season with 10-2 and 13-5 victories against Pursuit, and followed that up with a 7-1 win against West Van.

The only close game BWC has been involved in so far, really wasn’t all that close.

BWC beat Pacific Coast 2-1 on September 28, but it would have been by much more if not for Pacific Coast goaltender Damian Perovic, who stopped 47 of 49 shots and held his team in the game.

BWC proved its dominance over Pacific Coast the next night, taking them down 11-3 to improve to 5-0 on the season.
