Bantam Rankings
Here are the latest Hockey Hub rankings for PCAHA Bantam teams, just prior to Christmas 2017.
Top 5 are: Seafair A1, Langley A1, Abbotsford A1, Chilliwack A1 and NSWC A1.
Port Moody (#13) A1 are the highest ranked Tier 2 team.
Mission A1 (#15) are the highest ranked Tier 3 team.
Langley A2 (#18) are the highest ranked A2 team.
Ridge Meadows A3(#34) are the highest ranked A3 team.
Methodology:
The main criterion is winning percentage in flight.
We’ve generally, but not in every case, moved the bottom three or four teams in each flight down one flight, and moved the top three or four up a flight.
Maximum movement is one flight up or down.
In most cases the cutoff point is a winning percentage below .300. Tie-breaker is goals for and against differential.
Sportsmanship points are not factored.
