After two days of play in this year’s KIBIHT tournament Tier 1 division, five teams have 2-0 records.

Sixteen teams are competing in four pools.

In Pool A  the Delta Academy Wild is 2-0, downing the Kamloops Jr. Blazers 8-1 and the Calgary Sabres 8-0. The Calgary Northstar Sabres and Blzaers are 1-1, and the Abby Hawks are 0-2. The Blazers downed Abby 5-3 and Sabres beat them 7-1.

In Pool B, OHA Prep are 2-0, downing Airdrie Extreme 8-0 and Richmond Blues 5-1. The Blues are 1-1, winning 5-2 vs Cloverdale Colts in their opener. Airdrie also downed the Colts, 4-1 on day two.

In Pool C, Pursuit of Excellence are 2-0, with wins over Victoria Racquet Club 7-1, and Prince George Cougars 5-1. The Racquet Club won 5-4 over the Vancouver T-Birds. The T-Birds downed the Cougars 3-2 in their opener.

In Pool D, the Edge Academy and Semiahmoo Ravens are both 2-0, with the Kelowna Rockets and Seattle Sno-kings 0-2.

Edge beat Seattle 7-0 and Kelowna Jr. Rockets 6-2; while the Ravens beat Seattle 6-2 and Kelowna 6-3.
