WHL gets underway, Royals jump out to 4-0-0 start

in regular season

The Western Hockey League kicked off its regular season last week, and so far there are still four undefeated teams.

Victoria leads the BC Division with a 4-0-0 record, just ahead of the Vancouver Giants, at 3-1-0.

In the Central Division, Edmonton is 5-0-0, while in the Eastern Division, Prince Albert is also 5-0-0 and Brandon 3-0-0.

Swift Current and Regina are 0-4-0, while Calgary is 0-3-1.

The Kelowna Rockets were 0-4-0 before scoring a win in their third game vs the Cougars in Prince George last weekend.
